Noid 48.25 Light blue with purple spot dwarf

Could be an MDB or SDB (weather didn't help growth this year)

Light lavender/blue standards with light lavender/blue falls. The falls have a light purple spot around the beard. Beard is yellow in throat and white at the end.  Early bloom.
